User Agreement
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
This agreement contains binding arbitration provisions. By using our services, you give up your right to sue in court. Please read the arbitration section carefully.
Age Restriction
Individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Platform and Tutoring Services until their parent or legal guardian provides verifiable consent to TalkEng.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Tutors on the TalkEng platform are independent contractors, not employees. TalkEng acts as a marketplace provider and is not responsible for the direct provision or quality of tutoring services.
Services and Payment
The Platform allows you to engage in voice or video chat sessions with tutors. Payments are made by the minute or via subscription plans. All purchased minutes and fees are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy

Session Recording
You consent to sessions being recorded or monitored for quality control, training, and dispute resolution purposes.
Prohibited Behavior
Unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or pornographic behavior is strictly prohibited and will lead to termination.
Termination Rights
TalkEng may terminate your account at any time for any reason, particularly for misbehavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of this agreement.
Arbitration Agreement
You agree to resolve all disputes through final and binding arbitration governed by The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of the Indian Constitution.
Disclaimers and No Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. TalkEng disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid to us in the last 6 months or ₹5,000 INR.
