14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day risk-free money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can get a refund for the unused portion of your service within 14 days of making a purchase.
General Refund Policy
Outside of the 14-day guarantee, purchased minutes and fees are non-refundable, and minutes used for a session are non-creditable. Please see below for exceptions regarding mistaken charges.
Payment Structure
Students can pay for services per-minute or via a recurring subscription plan. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or third-party systems like PayPal on our website.
How Sessions Are Billed
You are charged per minute for each session. However, if you terminate a session within the first 59 seconds, you will not be charged. If your purchased minutes run out, the session will end automatically.
Mistaken Charges
If you believe you have been mistakenly charged for minutes you did not purchase, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the charge to be considered.
How to Request a Refund
For purchases made on mobile, refunds are handled by the respective app stores (Apple or Google). For website purchases, please contact the third-party payment system (e.g., PayPal) or email us directly at support@talkengglobal.com with your transaction details.
Currency and Taxes
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified by the app stores. Displayed fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you agree to pay.
